There are a few simple steps that you need to follow in order to end your PodaPay subscription. Without following these steps, you could be charged additional fees and have an even bigger headache trying to get the funds back.
In this article, I will go over all the steps and tips needed in order to end your PodaPay subscription and help save yourself some money.
My personal story with PodaPay
So for these past weeks, I’ve been teaching my parents how to use the internet. As expected, it has been a slow process, but ever so slowly, they are learning. Yesterday, I checked their bank account, something I usually do and found several charges made in the name of Podapay.
I have no idea who or what they do, so naturally, I asked my parents about it. Apparently, they both decided to go on a little adventure online and, somehow, ended up finding this service that they thought was interesting and immediately bought it.
Absolutely no hesitation. What I thought was interesting, was the fact that the service isn’t even provided by Podapay, they only do the billing and customer support. This could have been dangerous, but luckily it wasn’t.
Unsubscribing from the service was very simple, and I had the idea to use this as a learning opportunity to teach them how to do it.
All the ways to stop the PodaPay subscription on their website
If you’ve clicked on this article, it’s likely because you’re an existing PodaPay customer and want to know the different ways to unsubscribe from the service.
Struggling to find a “cancel subscription” button on their website? No need to fret! It can be tricky to locate, but I’m here to help!
In this article, I’ll discuss all your options for getting off the PodaPay subscription quickly and easily. You’ll learn not only how to stop a current subscription, but also how to prevent yourself from accidentally signing up for other services down the road.
By using an email and password to log in
Tell them to go to Podapay’s homepage and log in with the e-mail they used and the password that was sent to them via e-mail. Of course, they forgot the password, so they had to enter their e-mail on the “Cancel My Subscription” form so that they could receive their password again.
Once that was done, they finally logged in, went to their “Your Access” page, found the subscription they bought and canceled it.
Now all they had to do was wait for their confirmation e-mail. This process didn’t take long, and I feel like they did a good job.

By using the credit/debit card to log in
But there are other ways of unsubscribing, so even though they were done, I told them we would do it again, but this time using another method.
Let’s say they had no idea what credentials they used to register and purchase the subscription. Now, to unsubscribe, they would have to use their credit card.
They still went to the homepage, except this time they filled out the credit card form. They entered the first 6 and last 4 digits of their credit card, logged in and did the same as in the previous method.

It was stressful, but now they know a little more than before. Of course, there was also the customer support option, but if we did that, we would look like idiots, plus they wouldn’t have picked up the phone because it was already late.
In conclusion
In conclusion, it’s always important to know how to stop a service from auto-renewing or continuing on a subscription basis. With PodaPay, there are several viable options for canceling their recurring payment model.
Whether it’s through the website itself or with customer services, you have control over when and how your subscription will end with this powerful and convenient tool.
So don’t hesitate! Take charge of your finances, save some money, and make sure PodaPay stays in your rearview mirror.
