If you reached this page, chances are that you have the same issue that I had a while ago. After subscribing for a few samples online I ended up having some debits that I wasn’t expecting, but upon close inspection, I realized that I should have taken action and I didn’t back then.
AdyaPay was charging me for a service that subscribed to another online store. Confusing? Well not exactly, AdyaPay is a gateway payment system that online merchants use to do transactions. Thing is, I forgot to cancel it, so… it’s entirely my fault. But let me tell you more.
I reached the official website and called customer support, who promptly was very helpful, but, in fact, I could have done it all by myself in under 5 minutes!
I’ll tell you how. Just go to the AdyaPay website and right at the beginning of the page, you will find a login option. You need to sign in with your credentials. Those were sent the first time you subscribed to the service. Check your spam box if you can’t find it. It’s easy, just search for the service name on it!
If you don’t have access to that information just use the identifier numbers on your card to log in. It’s the second login after the first one.

In the website panel after the login, you will be able to suspend the service by using the cancel button in front of it.

After you’ve clicked it. Voilá! You can breathe now. The service has now ended. You can check the status of it in real time, just refresh the page and it should say suspended.
This was so fast to do, and I’ve lost a lot of time without knowing it. So in order to spare yours, I share with you this solution.
Have a great one!
